As part of this endeavour, the Authority has decided to undertake the Development of Integrated Eco-Tourism, Wellness & Adventure Destination at Kharagpur Lake- Sindhwarni- Bhawrakol (Cluster-3), Bihar through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Basis (the Project) and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a bidder to whom the Project may be awarded.
