Superseding the said notification, the minimum rate limit of 10% (ten percent) in percentage rate tenders prescribed vide Road Construction Department's Letter No.- 2046(S) dated 06.03.2014 is hereby restored. Tenders quoting rates more than 10% (ten percent) below the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) shall be considered invalid.
